Recognizing the unique challenges of Mandarin immersion education, Language Leap provides specialized support in Biliteracy Pathways, AP Chinese Readiness, Seal of Biliteracy planning, curriculum development, professional learning, family engagement, and instructional coaching.

Our Background and Expertise
At Language Leap Consulting, our team is composed of experienced educators who have dedicated over 16 years of Mandarin education experience, beginning in October 2009. We bring a wealth of knowledge from working across diverse educational settings, including public and private schools, K-12 education, university preparation, and after-school Mandarin programs.
Our team holds California teaching credentials and has over 8 years of experience in California public schools, maintaining close relationships with some of the most talented teachers in the Mandarin Immersion Program (MIP). We have also established a highly effective RTI system specifically designed to support struggling Mandarin students, ensuring no learner is left behind.
We are uniquely equipped with specialized training in educational frameworks such as GATE, AVID, EDUprotocol, Daily Five, Common Core State Standards, and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). Our expertise also includes CGI Math and a deep understanding of ACTFL language standards, ensuring that our programs meet high standards for language proficiency and cultural competency.
We support dual language learning in all subjects with a proven record of student success and parent support, helping students excel academically while embracing bilingualism. With strong connections within California’s dual language programs and a solid foundation in Education Technology, we provide innovative and effective solutions tailored to the unique needs of Mandarin immersion programs.
